I found this article by Timothy F. Ball. He essentially calls out the anti-global warming campaigns as propaganda. He is a skeptic because the facts keep changing and because the scientists haven't come to a consensus. He points out other skeptics as if saying, "hey, don't get mad at me, there are others here too!"

Timothy Ball has a PhD from the University of London, and was a climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg. He works with the Friends of Science, a group closely linked to the oil industry. He actually adresses this in the article, saying that he isn't biased, but it's hard to believe him.
