I stumbled upon a great website which has a rather large array of information that is relevant to our class. The organization is called The Environmental Defense Fund (www.edf.org) and actually even has a calculator that can calculate your impact on the climate http://www.fightglobalwarming.com/carboncalculator.cfm.
Overall I think this is a great source and provides very interesting reading material.
