The Financial Costs of Climate Change

Below is an article by the Beeb that says the World Bank estimates that working to counteract climate change will run earth's nations about $100bn per year.Yikes! How can we afford to let this get worse? This is such a high price tag that most countries are probably recoiling at it. The problem with everyone working together to pay for this is figuring out equitable shares. Should wealthier countries be forced to bear the brunt of it? Should countries that have contributed to it most be forced to pay more?
