The gifted and talented kids at Wescosville elementary (East Penn school district) have designed their own outfits using recycled products. Check out their pictures! Last year, they also put together a really great video with reports on climate change. They'll be having a "Trashion Show" on October 21st. Personally, I'm thinking that fashion design is an art form ...
