Living with Ed TV Show

While watching the news this morning, I saw a commercial for a TV show called "Living With Ed." The commercial described the show to be about two married actors living in Hollywood. The wife, Rachelle Carson-Begley (who has appeared on Boston Legal and NYBD Blue), describes herself as a "princess" while her husband, Ed Begley (know for his appearances in shows including 7th Heaven, Six Feet Under, and Veronica Mars), is described as "the greenest man in Hollywood." The show aired on HGTV witnesses the married couple's life together in a completely "green" home.

Pretty comical, but the show also seems to be very educational. He puts out different youtube videos to educate people about global warming. One example is a video about how you can eliminate your carbon footprint.

A few good clips of the show can be found on an interview that Oprah did with the couple. Check this link out to see what the show is all about..

  1. hm, that sounds pretty cool. maybe mainstreaming green living this way will make people think about it more. since most americans do nothing but sit in front of the tv anyway... haha

  2. Ha, very true! Most of the time you find people are uneducated about global warming because they're just too lazy to read articles or even go online and youtube a video. Hopefully, people will flip through channels and stumble across the show. It's both educational and entertaining!
