Barry White Blue Whales
So according to an article I read on wired.com blue whales are singing progressively lower each year. I find this extremely interesting given the constantly changing dynamic of the Earth's oceans, from increased fresh water/rising water levels due to the melting glaciers and ice caps, to the incredible increase in noise pollution from increased ship traffic. I can't help but have a gut feeling that their change in song has something to do with the negative impact humans are inflicting upon the creatures of the oceans.

Whales aren't the only ones changing. Coral reefs are being affected by the rise in carbon dioxide in the water. They're dissolving because of increased acidification.
